Does anyone have a solution for avoiding or decreasing modification fees with IB?

is there a fee to
change an active limit buy or sell order to "Pause"?

this would basically Cancel the order, if not activated again

dst - Have you considered eliminating Eurex cancellation fees?

(I switched from IB as my main broker because of these fees - for me the cost over the year was over £5,000 so I saved quite a lot by changing broker)
