If so, how does it work?
Do they have accounts you sign up for like a brokerage account?
How are taxes done?

I keep seeing this site mentioned in the press but know nothing about it.

It's a more accurate way to see who's leading in a race rather than looking at polls from MSM.
Never used it though for actual betting.
