Does anybody own a ferrari?

Camaro baby, cheap parts, comfy, run 150 mph all day if you must do so, do 1G turns with a little [well, more than a little maybe] suspension rework. Sex appeal ..... might be missing actually :)

I had two of them Camaro's. Yes, they are nice cars. I also had a corvette. I didnt' like the vette. It was a bumpy, uncomfortable ride. It was nothing but trouble.

for a 348, around $10k usd for a major service, belt change, clutch and most other soft plastic bits (coolant hosts?), if you lost compression on a then it might be another $5~7k

was looking into one about a month ago.

older cars hardly depreciates I guess, but the high maintainance cost is the killer.

I'm positive. I'm not the seller. I'm thinking of buying it. But just looking for peoples opinions. I heard an oil change cost 5K. If that is the case, then I'm not buying it for sure. And a smog test cost 1K and registration cost 10K. Tires cost 5K each? Tune up cost 5K? Is that all true?

....what imbecil told you all of this?? you need to do MUCH more learning about these cars before you go and buy one if you believe any of this nonsense. read my previous post.

you gotta be nutz to buy a ferrari. almost everyone here told you maintenance and exchange parts will cost you 100 times what you pay for the car itself.

if i was you i would buy a porsche boxter, '98/'00, nice car still expensive to maintain but not excessive.

....by the way, if you come close to believing any of these prices makes me wonder if you've ever owned any cars. good luck.
