R ramaTrade Nov 13, 2009 #1 I heard IB is marketing their prime broker business and bought FutureTrade a while back. Does this mean IB is a good candidate as a prime broker ? Does any hedge fund actually use IB ? If not, what is missing ?

C cstfx Nov 14, 2009 #2 Tradestation is now marketing prime services too for the small hedge fund guys who wouln't get a response from the bigger ones. I think IB is also marketed toward the little guy too.
