Does Ameritrade have crappy fills?

I've opened an IB account, but I am wondering - does Ameritrade have crappy fills? It just seems to be more than a coincidence that as soon as the fill is made, the tick goes the other way, and that it seems like the trade takes as long to go through as it takes to get the worst fill that can be found inside of a minute.

Ameritrade has crappy fills, especially on shorts.

Worse fills on Scottrade though. They never route orders where you get cheapest price. They go where they get rebates.
