Patients are not really a parter with their doctors in medical decision making. Electricity consumers are not partners in nuclear plant operations etc.

Yes, we see online pill mills fulfilling prescriptions for “American Frontline Doctors” at inflated prices while certainly providing commission fees back to AFLD. But these are businesses designed to be short term ventures which magically disappear when enforcement action is brought — only to open up later under a new name.

off-label prescription is a practice as old as time. If a doc is recommending IVM, the pharmacy should dispense. If a group of docs are running telehealth grifts, they should be investigated/
