Do you wear a seatbelt when you drive?

Have worked in the insurance claims business for a number of years. Only took seeing the hair and blood on the inside of a broken windshield 1x to convince me to wear a lap/shoulder belt. This person was not killed in the accident...just severely brain damaged. Sad that he will probably live 20-30-40+ more years and not have a clue what's going on.
