OPTION 1 ---- I like IB to support an option to send out monthly PAPER statement to me.

OPTION 2 --- In any and all cases, I do not need IB to send out monthly PAPER statement to me.

Better would be a one off. You pay IB XX dollars to get statement of your account:

This would show how much cash you have and the market value of securities you hold at the time the statement was prinited.

Now i know you can print this yourself using the website. But sometime you need a brokerage statement for a formal purpose, eg to prove liquid net worth, and a HTML printout doesnt quite cut it when a more formal document is sometimes required. Also the online statements dont even have your address on them.

I once used my Schwab account statements as proof of my liquid net worth.
