Do you know where this is???

The basket photo has a yellow fire hydrant in the lower left portion of the picture. It appears to be as tall as one floor of the building. Odd. There also appears to be no surrounding sidewalk, or front door, or neighboring parking lot. Also odd.
 
1st pic is in Netherlands, forget the area name. 2sd pic is Longaberger Baskets headquarters building in Ohio.
