Things seem to be going in the opposite direction.
We learned from the lefty media during Hurricane Katrina that the root cause of all the looting in stores by blacks was due to poverty and the need to survive.
You know, like when I was growing up in Maine and we would have a severe blizzard and lose power and food would run low after the first week, you would just have to bust into the local stores and leave with shopping carts full of jeans. OR NOT.
