i know.. my lats, traps, and especially my delts could all use some work. i get a little lazy every now and then. after knocking out my chest, arms, and crunches, i'm ready to go home.
Do some compounds; conventional and sumo deads will hit your traps and delts to a lesser-extent. Seated DB overheads and deads on their own day would work well.
Wide-grip chin regimens are great for width, not so much for thickness.
