Do you find it funny that GM is selling out to Cerebus *Hades/Hell*

LOL does anybody find it funny that GM is selling Gmac to cerebus. Which is named after the myticical gatekeeper of hades or hell as we now call it. I find it just ironic, that GM is selling its most profitable unit, to pursee something named after Hell.

Steve Kaplan (UofChicago School of Business) certainly summarized it very well. His famous quote is "We are all Henry Kravis now". With the increasing corporate activism by hedge funds, I couldn't help but think that this will change the landscape of the private equity business. The line between hedge funds and investment banks are certainly blurred.
