No its not in a safety deposit box..
There are lots of variables at play in the world right now. A little bit of "just in case" cash is a good idea IMO.

I am amazed at the confidence still exhibited in the banking system given the recent history by governments of freezing redemptions and controls during crisis. Albeight temporary.
