If the assertions addressed in this FAQ are so ridiculous, why do people believe them?

One answer, and simplest answer, is greed. People would rather have more money than less, and the appeal of not paying income taxes is enough to make at least some people believe almost anything.

I will confirm that Tommy will be on tuesday and I will give you a good idea when to call the show.If you really make it on tuesday I would suggest that you join the chat room so we can chat privately. I want to make sure you get on the show and that you don't have to waste time. No need for you to be there at 9:00 PM Pacific if Tommy is not scheduled to be on till 10:00 Pm. Usually Mike Chambers has a guest on an hour or two. I think he will have Tommy on for 2 hours so that should give you a decent shot at some good air time...
