Thanks so much for the refs. Start on p 43 in Krasner and in Ehdin go from 182 and limbic stress shows on 203.

Cl gets you in the right grouping but the answer lies with the molecule whose outer layers are boundable in the highest energy manner.

Complex FL ores cannot be assayed with the strongest acid combo.

i have been on sites where the drose has more bound gold than was intially worked through.

the deal to get the preakthrough was and organic chemistry solution to replace an inorganic leach that did not work.

the through put time on organic is 10 1/2 hours compatered to common leach fields that take 6 months.

taking gold outt of solution is also a key here.

The golden fleece of Jason was an early way to settle out gold moving in a hydraulic suspension, gold recover in hydraulic situations a specific density exercise. gold drops out about the same time "black sand" drops out.. since black sand has magnetic properties that sort is easy.

Pans are used by hand to separate gold nuggets. Long troughs with water flowing through over added ores alway have at the end rug like materials following the riffle sections.

In the Yukon near Dawson just add temperature (17 frost free days a year. All the work thee is extraction form forozen (water) intial stuff.

nested sieves are used for a step in gold processing. the sequential sieves are only used to separate the material in to a size distribution. when the assays are don on the sizes, then the particular extraction processes to be applied are determined. One part is go/no go where one portion of the ore is chucked after the intial division of ore is made. nothing ever hits milling or the mineral jig phases before the ore is concentrated.

I have several boxes in my lifetime collection of grabs that are running at 22.3 oz/T AU and over 1500 oz/T AG. I give hotshots some of either when they are bragging a about their grabs and how they assay. Fun responses after they have eliminated the possibility of using the recovery process.
 
quicky..how do you prove to a precious metals operation if you can get more recovery than they can? Rhetorical Q but something to know for practical money making purposes.

Finished reading chapter 7 of Ehdin today, including the limbic stress stuff (the lizard within). Ordered Krasner's The Wizard Within; could only find it used, so maybe it's out of print. The Shah book is in storage somewhere; I may buy another copy from Borders to read again this long weekend. It's been a while since I've read it. Any parts you want to emphasize?

The two books on personality testing I'm somewhat reluctant to spend time on. That's probably due to my experience working in a corporate culture where it seemed every year there was something new aimed at motivation, skills assessment, team-building, blah blah blah. It's kind of fun to do when it's a new experience, otherwise it gets real old real fast. I realize I may be jaded here, but I have little interest in finding out what I'm good at or what my strengths are than knowing what I like to do.

I read a lot of stuff that turn out to be insipid, so I pay attention to recommendations by others whom I trust. Most of my reading nowadays is unrelated to trading directly so I appreciate your pointing out some books here. I'm also curious where you're going with all this.
