Do trading education scammers (99.99% of the "industry") ever feel guilty?

Klaiman still hasn't explained why he won't release audited statements. As far as statements containing irrelevant additional information that can be easily redacted. As far as I'm concerned the performance posted on his website is more likely bogus than not.

Hmm yeah, we'll see how the fund does. Hopefully, it will be forced to release audited performance. If it does poorly, I think his next excuse will be "yes, but it's because of liquidity issues" or "we're using different strategies in the fund", etc.

Why don't you volunteer audited statements to back up posted performance? I promise I will be satisfied if they reflect what you post as performance on your website.

Not really. It's possible that Klaiman is not a scammer but his refusal to provide audited statements and subsequent laughable excuses as to why he won't do it are a big red flag for me. But hey, maybe not for you. In that case, I suggest you give him your money. Hey the returns he's showing on his performance webpage are pretty awesome - if they are real that is ;)

If you really want to find the truth, it's pretty easy:

Sign up for a 10 day trial (you can cancel before the end of the trial and not billed) and see all the trade alerts. They come with screenshots of my fills, and if you have any software with historical prices, you can easily verify the prices. Then compare the timestamp of the forum post with timestamp in the screenshot (usually less than 5 minutes). Then cross reference the alerts with trades reported on the performance page.

Pretty easy, isn't it? Don't really need audited statements.
