Do trading education scammers (99.99% of the "industry") ever feel guilty?

No, they have not been in operation for quite some time - I've been following up on them and fortunately they have a cease and desist order in addition to criminal felony charges formally filed.

I've forwarded the Criminal Complaint to YouTube administrative management twice in order to get their videos taken down - response from YouTube was basically "Meh!".

i feel skeptical when i read many praises on some brokers, my first experience was very sad when a broker lured me into depositing thousands with the promises of gaining trice my investment after two weeks, the relationship got soured when the blocked my account with no reason and my deposit stucked. i tried every means to reach them but the ignored my calls and complaints till i read some steps i followed online and reactivated the account and retrieved all my funds..i wonder many traders going through this cheap ways brokers are using to take our investments..well feel free to reach me on johngerald1313@gmail.com if you have any issues similar. i could guide you on the way i did mine if necessary.

Criminal felony charges? Sweet! Anyway, why is their rotten website still up? Doesn't CFTC have the authority to shut it down? Just like the FBI shuts down piracy sites for example?

My guess is that social media and web search Companies respond to any whim of the Communist Party of China, the Chinese People's Liberation Army, and far left censorship fascists in that particular order - all others pack sand apparently. Under criminal indictment for felony defrauding the users of your product ? So what. Does the FBI need to decrypt SMS messages from a mass murdering ISIS member slaughtering civilians ? Fuck off. There's a valid point there, doubtless, and you describe some component of the "industry" accurately (if that's what you want to call it), but the validity of your comments is concealed in such extraordinarily exaggerated and strong terms, and such obvious prejudice, that I suspect you won't be persuading many people toward your perspective, that way.

(And to a cynic like me, that's a shame, because I'm basically on your side of the argument. It's undoubtedly far easier for the unscrupulous to make money as "vendors" than it is as "traders", and I doubt if they ever feel much guilt.)

As a teacher, I can tell you that 50 people can take exactly the same class, and one of them will become a successful trader, while the other 49 fail. It's not about the content of the class; it's about the mindset of the student. Most people won't ever be successful traders, no matter how long they study. Sorry, that's the truth of it.

If someone makes any kind of promises or guarantees - he is a scammer. If someone guarantees that you will be profitable after paying him $$$ - he is a scammer. If someone keeps bragging that he lives in a multi million mansion, drives a Lamborghini and has a private jet- he is a scammer. Really successful people are modest and humble. They don't need all this BS.

At the same time there are some honest and hardworking people in this industry as well. Many of them are real traders. They trade and teach at the same time - there is no contradiction.

Just ask them for a proof that they actually trade and are successful, and not just teach. Pretty easy.
