Do this before daytrading!

It didn’t work for me when I ran on the block by house. It worked for me when I ran on the block that was a few blocks down from my house.

so he’s right. You have to try running on different blocks.

That was funny. :D The point is that running on different blocks can act to "broaden your horizons", while running on the same block might feel being imprisoned by the same surroundings.

If you run on concrete, your thinking will be firm and hard. If you run on dirt, your thinking will be soft and malleable. I have realized you have to choose the road based on what the market will do that day.

I was wondering if people will get it, but only one or two did. It's probably true that none of the repliers here except for one or two, do fitness (not the slow or steady, easy variety). The point is that sprinting will put you "in the zone". You will become one with the market. Your reactions will be fast, and they will be on point. Even if you do make a mistake, you will be quick to reverse it. I don't expect anyone to thank me even if they do try it and it works for them, given by the replies here, but I just wanted to get it out there to help struggling or not traders. Go ahead, try it, and don't forget to thank God first, me second if at all. I'd really be grateful for gratitude though, it feels really good to know you helped someone out and they're thankful to you for it!

I, exactly, know what you mean by that.
I feel the most Liberated and Free and intelligent and bright...when I throw stuff away around my room and home that I don't need or use or want. Ready to Soak up New life, and experiences and moments and thoughts.
Having cluttered living quarters with old, dusty, stuff around is similar to seeing a clogged toilet. It just darkens and sours your mood, personality and mind and face and eyes.
Another rather profound trick...is to rearrange furniture in a room every three weeks or so. Rearranging the room around, can truly breathe new life into you.

Sprint for 15-30 minutes. Half a long block. 100 meters. As fast as you can. Aim for 5-10 sets of running as fast as possible. Experiment with same block or several blocks. Quick shower or forego showering and jump right into trading. Report back with the results.

Cannot concentrate with wife/girlfriend yelling over the computer screen to take shower!!
 
I started running around the block, but housewives kept tryin get me to date them lol.

So you're basically shoving the sax down your pants at a certain angle to trick them before taking your 'round-the-block jogs. We see how it goes over there.
