Do the ETFs like SP500 have fundamentals like individual stocks ? Such as EPS, P/E and other such parameters ?

Yes of course they do, The overall health of the US Economy and those factors that impact the U.S. economy . Overall quarterly earnings for the 501 or 502 stocks on the SP500 impact the overall performance, as do the weekly and monthly U.S. Govt Report releases and this is very important, since markets are forward looking, all of these factors determine the price of the SP500 and discount the future immediately. The stock market is a reflection of future earnings , and NOT THE Economy.

but there is a good reason why GE went from $60 down to $6.66.LOL And 100% sure oil stocks don't trade/inVest like tech stocks/techETFs…….,,.Thanks
