Do secondary offerings affect technical analysis?

Hi,

im new here, so please take that into account.

The question is, when i technically analyze a stock, do i have to take into consideration the secondary offering that occured in the analyzed period and the dilusion that had resulted from it?

If yes, which corrections do i have to make in my analysis?
