Do large banks and institutions use TA to profit?

have you ever worked at a bank? First hand experience? Or you heard from others?

As you can see, the analysis today turned out to be spot on. Now enough about my analysis. Let's get back to the subject of the thread. ---Yes , large banks use TA , specifically the bollinger bands indicator to analyze entries and exits. They do couple that with extremely prudent risk management, which is the real edge in trading. This is fact

TA is the usage of historical price data to make predictions about future price data. Which part of that do you not comprehend. Someone who looks at the frequency of current price changes or how much volume trades at the current trades does by definition NOT look at historical price data, hence does not perform TA. Are you thick or just want to play stupid?

This is the fallacy, it's your interpretation of TA, it certainly isn't just about implementation of indicators. So price action traders aren't using TA? LMAO

bravo, your call was correct, spot on. You are (at least) on paper a bit richer, hopefully in your funded account as well, but that's just for you to know. So, are you now claiming that based on this one trade TA has value?

It looks like you are just making yourself look stupid and thick, just like radical Islamists that keep twisting and misinterpreting to suit their own agenda.

...utterly useless. ET does not timestamp posts. Please post the exact time, so those who see your post in real time can verify you indeed time stamped correctly and those who look at your calls in retrospect can trust your time stamps. Fair?

Go there and monitor.

Sure thing. The ones that do monitor it would know if I did dodge it.
