I agree to the post on the first page, that if everything else be equal,one should hire the woman as she proved to have achieved more than her man counterpart to be there.
The only potential trouble is women tend to like people around. So I've seen young women in sale trading roles a lot more than structurer or derivatives.
Someone mentioned this differs by products,where have you seen more women in ? I would imagine treasury (be cautious), FX (simple), equity (tangible), bonds (long term)
