Serious question: Do Democrats really want to win the House without the presidency and senate?

Right wing nationalists are excited with Trump but the truth most people see is that the government is a complete fucked up mess.

The budget is fucked,
the deficit is out of control during strong economic times,
the DOJ/FBI is under assault,
Many of the cabinet secretaries are crooked as a barrel of fish hooks,
There’s major problems with our allies
Etc.

What I’m really saying is would it be better to not take the House considering there is a huge mess to clean up and it can’t be done with democrats only controlling half the legislature.

beats not having any checks on Trump's wrecking ball. If they can neuter the guy and make him lame duck until 2020 (if it even goes that far), it's better than nothing.

Agree, with above, but Trump needs to be made lame duck otherwise amount of damage will multiply exponentially.

It is a very good point about the cycle of Cons bugger the economy and Dems fix it allowing people to get complacent and back to the cons.

Agreed, the concern is that Trump's damage could be irreversible short of a revolution.

Even though there isn't much the Democrats can do to get the country back on the right track if they take over only the House; yet to lose the House in the upcoming election would be a very, very bad omen for our country's future. Let's hope it doesn't happen. Everyone must vote in November!
