But here is what I have noticed so far from my observations, several colleagues and some family members who married American women (Women who are purebread americans, not first generation immigrants born in the usa etc.. , I am talking about true blue white american women)
#1 They do not cook.
#2 they do not seem to want to do their part at all when it comes to
maintaining the household period.
#3 they do not want to work, at best a part time job.
#4 they seem to really suck as parents, you see the rugrats or young children almost behaving at a feral level, what do they want to do, stick them in front of the TV 24/7 watching some cartoons etc..
#5 They seem disinterested in their children, when I observe them they seem to spend all their time staring into an iphone etc.. mumbling about facebook etc if you get their attention, while the kids run a-mock being ignored by the wife. While husband seems to have to deal with the kid and try to control them.
#6 They seem to have no interest in educating themselves about the world and come off a bit ignorant.
#7 Poor social manners, I mean if you are with company, put your gadget down and converse with the rest of the folks.
#8 If they do converse they seem to always speak in a subdued sneer.
Anyhow why would anyone want to marry an American woman.
I guess I'm bored and since I'm done for the day, I'll waste some time responding to this stupid assertion.
1. My wife is a fantastic cook/chef. She has her own recipes and takes recipes from the various magazines/cookbooks and modifies them and makes them even better.
2. She does more than her fair share of housework, as I hate various aspects of housecleaning, and she doesn't complain at all.
3. She works her ass off. She is a Director at her place of employment and regularly puts in 60+ hours a week.
4. The one constant for our kids has been compliments from teachers and other adults as to how well behaved and kind our kids are. I can guarantee they didn't get that from me.
5. Despite her work schedule she gets to the kids sporting events, volunteers to help at the schools, is on 2 committess at church. She signed onto Facebook this year because she had to as she is the current president of an Association for her field of expertise and they told her it was part of the job for the organization.
6. She has a 2 year associates degree, college degree, and a Masters of Transfusion Medicine. She is certified in any number of things including project management, Lean Six Sigma, and a few other things. I wonder if she will ever be done with school.
7. If it weren't for her I'd have a small group of friends I'm comfortable with and nothing else. Whereas she has introduced me to large diverse group of people we regularly get together with.
8. She is one of the nicest people I've ever met and doesn't make generalizations like the knucklehead ones that started this thread. While I admit I do look at people and form opinions quickly, she is much more open minded.
She is an American, and like most Americans she doesn't hold judgement about others like the rest of the world seems to like to make about Americans.
In other words, shut the hell up with such stupid statements and save them for your biased little world.
