This adds uncertainty to our economy and should spark a rally when they actually do raise rates. Bullish stock market ETF's like TNA, SPXL, and UDOW are now a strong buy if we see more downside.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 16285 on 9/30/15, as the stock market rallied big today. The Federal Reserve is expected to raise interest rates on October 28, 2015 so we should see a rally into this announcement. If they do raise rates, expect a rebound into 2016.
