The VIX isn't high enough for this to be a bottom IMO. Too many people are calling this rally for it to be real.

Yes, I don't see a bottom until we hit 40 to 45. The VIX is all the way down to 31.20 right now. That isn't a bottom.

The VIX high was right at open. It has been going down steadily since.
