Why did the DJ Eurostoxx open 4am today not the usual 3am? I mean EST time.. I am in NYC... Why does my esignal start giving me chart data from 4am.. not the usual 3am.

Why did the DJ Eurostoxx open 4am today not the usual 3am? I mean EST time.. I am in NYC... Why does my esignal start giving me chart data from 4am.. not the usual 3am.
