Disturbing New Practice Of Harrassing Public Officals

http://www.breitbart.com/immigratio...-secretary-kirstjen-nielsens-alexandria-home/

I call this a new practice but I suppose it is old school marxist street theater in action. It's all part of the overall strategy of making it too onerous to hold opinions they want suppressed.

In this case, Homeland Security Secretary Nielson was awakened at her private residence by a mob of unruly protestors out to make her life miserable. She had previously been chased out of a DC restaurant by a group of "protestors," one of whom incredibly turned out to be a paralegal at the DOJ. Of course, Sleepy Sessions did nothing.

These thugs have two goals. One, try to intimidate public servants or those who might take such jobs or turn them into social outcasts based on slanders. Other tactics they have used includes showing up at their kids' schools. Who needs that for a government salary?

Two, the people sponsoring this type of thing, the dirtbag Soros operatives, etc would really like to see someone get hurt. That would send a message and it is only a matter of time before one of these mob scenes gets out of hand. We almost saw that when Ed Sec. Betsy DeVos was confronted by goons and had only a single security guard with her. His actions were criticized by security professionals as dangerously inept in the face of actions, eg blocking her vehicle, that could have easily been a prelude to a kidnapping or assassination attempt. In fairness, if he had drawn his weapon or shot someone, the media and democrat would have had a meltdown.

Local police and criminal justice are important facilitators of this behavior. For example, antifa thugs who disrupted the Trump inauguration have not been punished. A few got light sentences when they could have been sent away for a long time under terrorism statutes. Judges allowed others to exploit their use of face coverings and identical clothing to escape accountability.

Exactly. And before any of our Constitution-hating leftist forum members try to claim 1A, the First Amendment does NOT provide a shield for disorderly conduct, harassment, obstructing pedestrians and vehicles, etc.

Protesters briefly block bus leaving migrant detention center in Texas

A protester stands in front of a bus leaving a migrant detention center in Texas on Saturday.

Protesters stood in front of the bus and yelled, "Set the children free" and "Shame on you" at Border Patrol officers. The Border Patrol ended up surrounding the bus so it could back up and go out the other end of the street.
Authorities didn't say who was on the bus or where it was going, but CNN reporters could see children through the darkened windows. CNN was reaching out to federal immigration officials for comment.
One protester told CNN she also saw children through the windows. She said some of the children waved at her and she told them, "You are not alone" in Spanish.

A bus leaving a detention center in McAllen, Texas, was blocked by protesters Saturday.
"It was very difficult to see," said Denise Benavides of Dallas, who said she's a member of the League of United Latin American Citizens.
Benavides said she didn't know where the bus was going but "that's something we'll look into -- what's going on and where are they taking these children."
Uniformed officers arrived to calm the situation and nobody was arrested.

Many of the at least 2,300 children separated from their undocumented parents since May are in far-flung shelters and foster homes nationwide -- hundreds of miles away from the southern border.
In many cases, the parents don't know where their children are being held, the parents' lawyers say.
On Wednesday, President Trump signed an executive order reversing his policy and allowing parents and their children to stay together.
More than 1,100 immigrants -- including children -- were being held at McAllen when reporters were allowed inside on June 17.
The Department of Homeland Security processes and detains immigrants accused of illegally crossing the border at the facility near Brownsville, Texas.

Easy solution. Arrest them all and prosecute them for interfering with law enforcement. None of this symbolic arrest BS.
I like it. Better solution, don't stop the bus. Lets see if they are true believers and have the courage of their convictions. Easy to stand in front of a bus when you know it's going to stop. Not so much when you know it won't.

Suddenly you can't even go out to dinner if you are a Trump administration figure? Seriously? This from the crowd that lectures us nonstop about tolerance and the beauty of diversity. And wraps itself in the civil rights movement and preaches about how evil it is to discriminate for any reason, except for religious convictions, then you are a Nazi. These are the people who wept about the unfairness of Hollywood blacklisting commies back in the 19050's, when communist spies and sympathizers had in fact infiltrated government and hollywood.

Now we are supposed to bake that cake but they will choose whether or not to serve us, based on our political affiliation. Where does it end? Can an airline refuse to carry you, or do they just kick you out of your reserved seat, like Delta did with Ann Coulter? Can your doctor decide not to treat you? We know elite universities will not let your kid in if they think he is Christian or republican, so don't even ask about that. Of course you can be forced from your job and blacklisted for having the wrong opinion, even if you never mention them at work.

How much longer are we going to put up with this? I'm getting tired of "true conservatives" wringing their little hands and saying "well, they are a private business."

One final question. What would be the reaction if a restaurant refused to serve the Obamas?
