235x4 isn't thaaaat bad. More than most 38 year olds can do. I dont understand the set of curls on a workout obviously geared towards push muscle groups though. Nice workout either way...but post up the diet. If you don't want to be a fat boy...diet is king. Lifting is fun and makes you feel great...eating clean under calorie restriction is dreadful and makes you feel like butt...There is the real accountability.
edit: I see you are following IF. some people see decent results with it but I am convinced that is another fad after years of experimenting...same as the high fat trend. The diet that works best today for being both lean AND muscular is the exact same as the diet that has worked for decades. I do think longer periods of fasting are beneficial for autophagy and a healthy thing to do every once in a while.
