those figures are net points achieved. the "1s/2s" references are contract size per trade. in other words in maxing (for now) at those sizes per position. I trade a lot in the day, yes, but my method works quite well. I can improve my implementation of it, which is what I am actively doing.
I'm still getting used to the notion that I can trade and not have a platform freeze at any given time as I've been used to forever with MT5, as I've switched to Quantower as previously mentioned. I have legit PTSD with it all which is why I'm taking the sizing slowly.

I'm unaware of your method and as such would never attempt to tell you how to trade it. what I will say is I would never hold a multiple hundred POINT loss for months on end. every single position of mine has a stop on it via my auto script. i am ruthless when wrong and kill positions instantly, even if I'm off by a single bar only to re-enter on the next bar.
last point. "with much less effort" and I don't mix well lol. I'm pretty high octane. also I'm a guy, I thought you knew this already from the nonsense with margin_gamble xD.
