Disney (DIS) price action after earnings

Interesting, watched CNBD today, they're clearly trying to discredit Disney.
Yeah guys, a lot of people are talking this way about Disney, but don't forget what happen with Apple after earnings and what've heard before.
I am betting on a downmove....
My guess is they will trade flat...+/- $4 AH's...tops
Just like AAPL... too many elephants in the game at $108.

What is your rationale may I ask?
Nothing fundamental, just statistics. It only had 3 winning quarters in a row once.
