I hate myself when I am condescending. But you guys invite it. Do you think for one moment that Trump claiming a Federal Judge and U.S. Citizen is unfit to rule in a case because he's Mexican -- he does have a Mexican surname! -- qualifies as criticizing a judges decision?
I like very, very much what Chucky Shumer did. 1. He criticized Kavanaugh's stance on Abortion, because it is woefully out of touch with the position of a majority of American Citizen's and amounts to political pandering to a minority of religious fundamentalists ; 2. He warned Kavanaugh of the cascade of criticism that's coming his way if he tampers with Roe v Wade, and he did it in no uncertain terms! ; 3. He did not claim Kavanaugh was unfit to rule on such matters because he is Catholic, and because of his Irish Heritage and well-established personal history of Drunken Debauchery and Sexual Assaults on Young Women...
Now contrast, if you will , Chucky Schumer's highly principled stance with the disgraceful remarks made by the Orange One on the fitness of Federal Judges to rule in cases where his administration's policies are on trial.
