Disapproval rating for President Biden hits record-high of 58% in new poll

President Biden’s disapproval rating is the highest it’s ever been as the 80-year-old incumbent president vies for a second term in office, according to a new poll.

A record 58% of Americans do not approve of Biden’s performance in the White House, a CNBC survey released Wednesday found.

The president received particularly low marks for his handling of the economy – 32% approve – and foreign policy – 31% approve.

Among Democrats surveyed, 66% back his handling of foreign policy, and 74% approve of his work on the economy. Those results were well below his 81% overall approval rating from members of his own party.

“You don’t get sub-40 approval ratings without losing large chunks of your base. And that’s what’s happening here,” Republican pollster Micah Roberts told CNBC.

Unless his a health problem beyond his control takes him out voluntarily hes not stepping down imo.Even though he hates doing the job as president he loves being president.He ran for president 4 times so I dont think he going to give up on his own.His wife loves being first lady far more than Melania,Michelle and Laura so shes in the background telling him don't step down.

Honestly, I don't think he is going to run again. I mean, I know hes saying he will, but I think its a placeholder. I don't know how they're going to pull the shenanigans but I suspect the Democrats are trying to figure out a way to put Newsom in.

Joe Biden did not really run the last time out. He was put into power by the powers that be. One thing going for him is a lot of Democrats and RINOs made a lot of monies during his term. They are not going to forget that easily. Gavin Newsom is the young, extreme progressive that is why the extreme left which seems to be in control of the Democrat Party wants him. I don't think there is going to be as much monies with Gavin Newsom being in charge. He will promote more and more extreme progressive policies which hurt big as well as small businesses and I doubt the business lobby will be supporting that. The trend now is robotics to replace humans and increase profits. By implication, unions which are the biggest contributors to the Democrat Party but, pale in comparison to big business contributions, stand to suffer from robotics. Unions vs Big Business in the Democrat Party, their interests are opposite each other.
