disappearing funds with Optionsxpress?

Anyone ever experience the Optionsxpress computers misreporting the funds by a magnitude of about 50%, and then correcting itself within an hour or so? I have an account enable to trade futures with them (probably not a good idea to play with futures beginners), and it really screws up my buying power when my funds 'disappear' like this. I called their support once, and they asserted that the incorrect funds balance was correct. I'm talking tens of thousands just missing! Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them, and warning to be on the lookout for it if it hasn't.. Thanks.
 
I noticed that my funds are under reported occasionally but usually just 5% or so. It seems more common on the weekends for some reason. Much like your situation, it is corrected within an hour or so.
