Direxion Emerging Markets x3 Bullish ETF

Is anyone trading this, ticker EDC? I know Mark Mobius is bullish on commodities and emerging markets, heard it on Bloomberg the other day.

I'm looking at this now, planning to trade with a 2-5 day max holding period.
