Mini Dow's price stuck at around 13400 resistance. Unless big institutions decide to push price higher, don't expect price to move higher above 13400 anytime soon.

How the heck is that a flip-flop? I'm calling the market as I see it. If it didn't continue higher than I understand that the buyers weren't strong enough to take the market to 450/500. Fine, I wait to see what unfolds tomorrow.
If by chance I'm wrong, then I'm wrong and I concede.
