Direct routing options - rebates for adding liquidity?

Curious if you get rebates for adding liquidity on options trading similar to stock trading?

Which brokers offer rebates? I believe Lightspeed does. Are there any others?
 
Interactive Brokers, regular commision is .65 per contract, but many times I've gotten charged .20 per, and on rare occasions I've gotten a rebate, I've heard you can can change the default route setting to max rebate, I have not done so.

Must admit I'm a bit confused on IB. They actually charge $1 per contract for any direct routed option and then you incur the exchange fee/rebate accordingly.....
