Direct Exchange Data Feed

I am considering getting data straight from all Networks (A, B, C) and I was wondering what kind of network infrastructure would be required?

Scenarios:
Exchange{s} ----> Platform
Exchange{s} ----> Datacenter ----> Platform
Exchange{s} ----> Datacenter ----> Processing Center ----> Platform
or some other way of feeding a direct feed into my platforms?
I know I would need different APIs to feed my data into one central API that connects to my platform, but this is suppose to be 80% hardware and 20% software/programming.

That might be the best way to go, because looking at developing my own is quite time intensive.
