Yes, it's an excellent book. A "Must Read!"

The Commitee of 300 can all trace their heritage back to the Spartan 300. At one time they numbered in the thousands. But now it it probably less than 1 tenth of 1 percent.

The book gives the inside story that even though only 300 control 99.99% of all wealth (worldwide) they still argue vehemently amongst themselves the best way to control even more. One side wants to increase the number from 300 to 500. The other side wants to reduce it to 100.
