Dinner with Surgeons

Last night I had dinner with 2 of my closest friends who came into town.
Very smart guys, both are highly specialized - surgeons - experts in their field.

When it came to vaccination, neither of them were ever were judgmental about my decision to not get stabbed with an experimental injectable - they both correctly believed it was my freedom of choice.

Interestingly - both agreed that the vaccine was a complete failure and, if given the option to go back in time, they would never have taken it. They also said they would not be having another vaccine, no matter what kind of coercion was thrown their way.

They both flatteringly Agreed that I was totally correct. From soup to nuts.
“you are batting 1000, bro!” Said one.

I am a bit in awe of this utterly r*tarded thread. That this utter fn fool would go to the trouble of this fictional anecdote.

There is ZERO hospital group that will extend privileges (in North America) to an unvaxxed surgeon, so the story that these rubes would not be coerced is fucking absurd. Said nobody, ever. Fall on their sword and never practice fictional surgery! My guess is that he got his cock stuck in a Coke bottle and was shooting the sht with the ER Doc at County and his imagination got the better of him.

Just because a doctor is a "surgeon", does not mean they are master at any medical field "below" that level. Just as an immunologist cannot perform heart surgery, a heart surgeon doesn't know WTF immunology is all about. It is not a tiered system, where the higher you go, the more you know about all things health-related.

Specialization. An oncologist knows as much about brain surgery as a brain surgeon knows about cancers.

Tell your stupid friend that the rabies vaccine is very likely to work, especially if you take it before getting bit.

Exactly! Your local vascular surgeon didn't know what Q-Cycle was, because he's not in that field. He is not a biochemist, he is a surgeon in a specialized space.

The end upshot of all of this, which started this tangent, is that I think LacesOut, if he got infected with rabies, would believe in his own body immunity to beat it.

(Dest, please please please rub the lucky chub and PRAY that LO would do that if he got rabies. Oh man, this forum would get much more fun, less intrusive.)
