yes. CME HO RB movement have been rather violent.

I didn't trade Natural gas 3 years ago but I think NG movement was even more violent,
even more jerky / spiky. I would surely lost money trading violent NG.

No music to represent it, just video analogy. It was a crazy sick and mean market on report day. It did things that CL was doing as well. But both those markets have quieted down since then. Oh my if you could have seen the craziness of the NG report days...It was like, WTF?

I could imaging trading NG 3 years ago.
very easy to earn $1k in few minutes.
also very easy to loose $5k in next few minutes.

I will definitely avoid such counters.
