Starting the calculation with different days can influence some indicators - especially when using EMAs, which use all the data in a chart.
And even when all these parameters are identical - implementations are usually different. The formulas given for indicators are by no means unique - there are different ways to perform the calculations, the calculation may be optimized and even such "trivialities" as different rounding will influence the result.
Hence: when you compare indicators do so within one program only, not between different programs.
