Are you hearing something in the music... or are you just talking about the words?
Cause I'm sure anybody can discern whatever they want out of poetically written prose....
But the melody is.... where the rubber meets the road... very mathematical to a great degree. The X factor being timing.
I have never heard the similarity between these two. And I can usually spot(hear) that in a few measures regardless of the time signature.
