If you are eating a healthy diet your shouldn't need blood thinners....Try if possible to give up any drugs or medicines you are taking. They could be messing with your hormonal system.Some foods can't eat as I am on blood thinners. All I do now is sleep, 18-20 hours a day, I take hormones additives, coffee won't keep me awake, never up long enough to do more than 3 miles of walking at a time. Biggest problem is fatigue.
