Did you trade today???????

I pulled 9 pts per contract today (ES), but I called it a day around 1:00 EST. It is time to start the weekend early today here in Austin. Great weather for the lakes out here! :)
 
This week was so slow that every half an hour I take a nap. I almost don't trade at all. Every day I see one or two good trades I don't take because I don't trust a market with such a low volume.
 
Went short at 991 on the ES and took 989.5 and went to lunch. Wish I had left that position on until I returned (was too scared I might stay around for too many beers) and found the ES had slowly weaned itself down to 986.50 at 1:30. But I am sure it would have been torture to have stayed at home and watched.

You are right. I have a day job. The nice thing with that is I can stay out of the market for extended time if I do not want to trade.

I just had a lesson of new technology at work. Fortunately tested new models so no big positions were open.
Just stopped believing in whole system.
 
Slept in this morning, but couldn't resist staying away completely so scalped a couple of times. Made $ on one of em, but overall it was a scratch. Volume was soo low today....boring as hell!

I should have slept in... This has been one of the most boring days in a long long time...
