The conjugation of "plead" is just something that falls away after what 50 years? of legal practice. Oh but that was orally dictated.. so there is no record of sending that to Trump's social media team.

I don't know why but the case where the guy charged with rape got off by claiming he was naked, tripped and his penis just fell into the young lady comes to mind.

Edited: Oh yes, bollocks. And if you ever get arrested in England, you want that guy's lawyer.

It will be interesting though to see how anyone is going to establish that Trump could have even known one way or the other that Flynn had committed perjury at that time.

The FBI had not disclosed that.

I am not agreeing one way or the other. Just sayin I need to see the arguments on that.
