Did the feds just ruin Jared Fogle's(the subway guy) life?

Ive been reading this story out of curiousity, there is a couple different stories floating around on the internet, one is he got raided because someone who worked for his foundation had child porn, something that has nothing to do with him, but then there are other stories he supposedly made an inappropriate comment about a highschool girl, and some mother reported him to the feds.

So queue up the internet, and all the faux outrage, and all of a sudden this guys a fucking monster, he just lost everything, on what appears to be atmost inappropriate comments.

Dont get me wrong here if hes a pedophile and hes got kiddy porn i hope he rots in hell, but there is something wrong with these kinds of internet lynchings, so far the guy hasnt done a thing, and hes now the laughing stock of everybody all because he supposedly made a crude comment........

If the feds got this wrong i hope they are liable for the amount of dmage they have caused him, even if proven innocent he will never find another job again.

If charges are never brought, he can seek Federal Section 1983 malicious prosecution lawsuit.

But likely, the woman who reported him and the associate busted in April gave info against him. Most likely the associate who offered info/implicated Fogel in exchange for guilty plea on lesser charges.

who is this "feds" you hope are liable if wrong? How much money will they owe him if they lose a case? Who will pay for the damages? Where do the "feds" get money to pay for damages?

Well we all know the media sucks big time. And I believe I read he is worth 15 million. Might not need another job. Hopefully he's not a pervert and some biatch just ratted on him for some personal reason. And I read his comment was about a middle school girl. Probably the woman's daughter! That would piss her off. For now, we don't know what is true or not. But yeah, big surprise when I first read about this story.
