Not something about - but specifically - Generally brown or black skin for the "bad dudes" as well, don't forget that! A suggestion quote exact message next time. It's clearer that way.

But in my mind the use of the word generally precludes categorizing that sentence as an out and out racism example.

Anyway left and right are good at playing the race card. Trumpie the other night in SOTU. Black unemployment at lowest level is yada yada years. Didn't mention it had already been declining for years and years.
And then LOL the rate went up on Friday in NFP by a FULL percentage point. Silence from the Twitt-in-Chief.
