Did the e-mini have a trading halt on Monday

Does anyone know if the Sep E-mini had a level 1 halt on Monday, the 24th and if so, exactly when it occurred? I have a broker who just got back to me on why an order I placed was rejected, saying it was because the e-mini was in a trading halt. However the CME site, unlike the NASDAQ site, either doesn't list trading halts or makes it really hard to find.
No need to explain what triggers the halts or what one is, I get that, I just need to know if one happened on Monday and if so when. Thanks.
 
It was limit down from around 9:10am (roughly), til the open. To my knowledge it was never halted during regular trading hours. The minimum halt is 5 mins, and it never stopped gyrating.

After the open at 930, I saw the NQ trade for about a minute, dropped 40 points, and then halt again for like 7 or 8 minutes. After the trading resumed at about 0939, it was straight up all the way! At least that's the feed I was getting.
