Did Robert Hoffman really lose 312K in a single TF trade? Yikes!

Quote from RockyRacoon:

You don't know if he made it back or not - - - anymore than you know that "He did lose a lot of his students after his huge loss".

This post and your ridiculous accusations just proved themselves completely unreliable and an out right lie.

Like the rest of the peanut gallery "know it alls" who really don't know what they are talking about either.

You never answered the 8 figure account thing.

So are you telling us he trades an account with at least 10 million in it?

That is hialrious:D

Well, I made my 30 posts.....now I can go blackball Lightspeed - their fees are insane.

Anyway, I agree the scaling in was insane - I blew my own puny account out like 3 times and I don't do that no more...I will scale in once or twice on rare occasion but my stops are always in place from the instant I enter the trade - - - he used to always warn his students about scaling in - if they scaled in, they can only blame themselves, same as I blame myself for every loss I take, ever took and ever will take.

His entry set-ups and techniques are, IMO, phenomenal once learned - until they're learned, they will probably do more harm than good to most traders who have already deeply entrenched bad trading habits.

Are you a profitable trader after subscribing to this room?

If yes, for how long now?

If no, how long do you think it will take you to get profitable following his methods?

How do you know that he made his money back?

I know because there are several students who track every single one of his trades.

What "ridiculous accusations" have I made?

You said: "He did lose a lot of his students after his huge loss".

There is no way to know that without someone from TTM telling.

Quote from EPrado:

His account info has been posted on here by some of his students/people who were in the room. Also been reported on other sites. Where do you get your info?

If you believe he traded an 8 figure account I have a bag of magic beans to sell you.

EP, this fool is pot-committed. You're wasting your time.

From one of his private mentoring sessions a few years ago - he told me it was over 7 figures.

So you're right, perhaps I am full of it - maybe it's over 8 figures.

Like I said, this guy is exactly like one of those fat people that spend $180/week on fitness trainers.

They'll say "yeah, I haven't lost weight yet, but my blood pressure is down, and I can really sleep well at night." P.T Barnum had it right, what a sucker.

How can a guy who is suppose to be teaching you say "I am doing this....but if you do it too it's all your fault".

What a friggin copout. He basically plays both sides of the fence. If the trade works out he takes the credit. If it blows out, it's the trader's fault.

I'm glad you saw the light and don't follow him anymore.....that way you won't blow out any more accounts.

Again....there is a reason he is hawking his "strategy" to sheep on a website.......any person with half a clue about trading would see that his strategy is a quick path to blowing out your account.

His entries might at times be good, but any trader knows, the exit is 10000x times more important than the entry. His exit strategy is absolutely horrendous.
